Our room at Best Western Plus Stevenson Manor was spacious and clean, with modern amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Richard and Maribelle who helped ship my forgotten keys back to Arizona. the hotel's location near hot spring spas and the main street in Calistoga is convenient for exploring. the offer of a free shuttle to Castello di Amarosa for wine tasting was a delightful surprise and a wonderful touch! The hotel offered a pleasant stay, with the staff being responsive to our needs. the easy access to the Calistoga town and its attractions made our trip enjoyable. the breakfast had limited options but was tasty, and the coffee was exceptional. the clean and comfortable rooms, along with the unplugging of the noisy ice machine for a peaceful night's sleep, truly reflected the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, the Best Western Plus Stevenson Manor provided a relaxing getaway in Napa Valley with its inviting ambiance and premium amenities. the proximity to vineyards and attractions added to the allure of the stay. the hotel's thoughtful gestures and attentive service made our experience memorable.
